[dwm] Next release

Hi there,

to me the hg tip seems feature complete for dwm-2.9, hence I ask
for testing the hg tip now. Also please review the changes I
made to dwm.1. If everything is fine, I'm going to release hg
tip as dwm-2.9 tomorrow.
