I think this is a bug in xterm. Not related to screen. I solve this
by opening a new window and swaping't from slave to master again to
refresh the window size to make screen happy with the real size.
I found no good x terminal. I'm actually using xterm because aterm
gave me some problems, but I would like to see 'st' working soon.
