[dwm] Bottom Stack patch for dwm-3.0

The Bottom Stack patch for dwm-3.0 is now available. Maybe if I had a
sweet wide-aspect monitor like Anselm I wouldn't need it, but as for
now, I like the "[]=" layout best for coding and the "TTT" layout best
for most everything else.

For the dwm-3.1 patch, I may include the client titles code as a
compile-time option in config.h. Not because I can't identify what's in
the window without them, but because I like to see that nugget of
information right in the window rather than having to move my eyes to
the client window for focusing then move my eyes to the top status bar
for the nugget, then back again to the window to process the info. Too
much eye focus movement for me! Plus, it hasn't yet blocked any
information that I need in the actual client window.
