[dwm] dwm-3.1 / dmenu-2.0

Hi there,

I created following releases:

  http://suckless.org/download/dwm-3.1.tar.gz
  http://suckless.org/download/dmenu-2.0.tar.gz

dwm now contains the changes which have been discussed during
last days. In particular:
- removed title windows of clients
- new color defintions (SELBORDERCOLOR, NORMBORDERCOLOR - you
  need to update/merge config.h)
- polished code
- new default color scheme

dmenu contains following changes:
- fixed a bug in dmenu.1
- polished code
- new default color scheme (equal to dwm default colors)
