[dwm] transparency-hint patch

Hello all,

Yesterday I was playing around a bit with xcompmgr & transset and wrote
a dwm function that does the same as transset.

It's only about 12 lines of code, but thought I'd put my patch on the
diri anyway: http://www.suckless.org/wiki/dwm/patches/transparency
