[dwm] issues with java apps

As far as I can tell:

- java JFrame instances don't receive a window resized event when the
window is resized with a Mod1Mask+RMB drag

- awt menus don't follow the window when the latter is moved around the
screen with Mod1Mas+LMB drag

I am using the default java 1.6.0 settings. Note all the above are fixed
when using AWT_TOOLKIT=MToolkit , so te question is: have the java
guys been notified of this issues? Did they care at all to reply?
