[dwm] border problems

Hi,

since the recent border handling [1]changes I see the following
behaviour: while xterm borders are set to BORDERPX, rxvt borders are
set to zero. Hmm. This is not intended behaviour, is it? What is the
idea, which clients should have what border size?
