[dwm] improved tile()

Hi there,

I pushed a better tile() function to hg tip and ask you to recheck!

Actually this one has primary effect if RESIZEHINTS is set to
True in config.h. It uses a better strategy to provide the most
available space to client windows which require incremental
resizals. See on your own.
