[dwm] experimental release: dwm-rfigura

Hi List,

I just put my current work in progress version online:

Highlights i'd like to announce here:
- gapless snapping
- new tile mode treetile: can accomodate many windows
- experimental grip and fixed-placement code

Your comments are welcome. I'd especially like to know what you think
about the third feature which obsoletes quaketerm software.
