[dwm] dwm-4.7 nmaster/cpt/tilecols patch

I have update the nmaster.c to fit with dwm-4.7.. After some time of testing I can
say that the dinamic cpt is an absolutely wrong idea and I have dropped.

The code has been reduced thanks to ISTILE and isarrange(). The wiki has been updated
but here's the source:

I have fixed the master area gaps between clients. I think the tilecols mode
is the best one for my needs. I'm currently on a 20" 16:10 TFT and 3 columns
and i'm pretty happy with it.
