[dwm] cpt alternative proposal

I was thinking about the stacking feature of dwm-rfigura and cpt, and maybe
they can coexist, so, this way will make stack mode easier to use and flexible,
and will fix the problem of the hidden clients out of the cpt range.

I have not written any line of code yet. rfigura, what do you think about this?
It is much difficult to port it from dwm-rfigura to dwm? Are there much changes
on the source?
