In some cases, it could be an actual security risk. If the system
handles sensitive information (medical records for example), it's
important to keep passers-by from snooping while the user is away from
his desk.

slock should raise itself by default, but there should be a
command-line option to disable this feature for users like
Nicolas. Another idea is an option to allow a specific WM_CLASS above
the slock window, but that seems like overkill.
