GMane is good...but I prefer to use www.mail-archive.com. They provide a much better/quicker interface than GMane in my opinion. Of course, GMane is way powerful with all its RSS features and posting directly from GMane.

Another good one is http://marc.info. Extremely fast and works beautifully with dillo ;)
