[dwm] dwm-5.0 + bstack

Hello all,

I've updated the bottom stack patch for dwm-5.0. From what I can tell
domwfact is no longer present so I had to create the bsetmfact function
as well. If you have any comments or concerns feel free to contact me.
You can either get it here [0] or attached. I'll also update the wiki
once I find the password again! Thanks.
