[hackers] [SIC] alias patch

Hello,

I use SIC as my IRC client, but was annoyed with typing the entire
channel/nick every time i wanted to send a message. This patch allows
the creation of aliases to cure this. For example

:a t #thisisalongchannelname
:j t
:m t foo
:l t

This is my first patch, so feel free to help out. I hope it works well.
