[hackers] tabbed-0.3 patch

The files attached are containing patch for tabbed version 0.3 which
includes:

1. more understandable tab switching
2. bug closing tabbed application if not first tab selected fixed
3. start an instance of an application when tabbed started
4. close tabbed if the last instance of an application is closed
5. tab number added to the tab name to make it easier to understand
where we are

thus points 3 and 4 binds tabbed to an application so that it cannot
live without at least one instance. Other points are obvious.
