[hackers] [libsl] drw unification

Heyho,

this is a patch series which unifies the drw part of libsl accross the following
three projects (I did not find other ones using it, let me know if there are
more, I'm happy to patch them as well):

* dwm
* dmenu
* sent

Most of the work in drw.[ch] is older than a year and has been used and tested
in sent. I also submitted the old version of this patch series back then, but it
got lost or was forgotten, so here it is again with some updates.

The patches for dwm, dmenu and sent can be used if you want to test the update
and will be submitted as replies to this mail in a few minutes.

If you have any comments or questions, please reply to the respective patch and
leave your thoughts inline. If there is something that needs fixing, I can use
the git rebase magic before the patches are applied to the upstream repos.
