Thanks by your advice I going to post on wiki.

Before I was testing X server configuration but I didn't get it work.

I was looking in the Internet and there were hundreds of posts about
damage screen area most of them solved with extra panel. I tested
xfce, gnome and others with additional panel to solve the issue but
apps with fullscreen mode like emacs -fs bypass the panels and that
was the reason I didn't continue testing window manager with panel
option. Instead of that I got dwm source code that sucks less and made
the patch that solve my problem.
