Thank you and sorry for the delay.
This is something that I myself don't use,
I prefer to plumb PDFs to an actual PDF viewer,
and not many people (actually 0) requested that feature before.

Nevertheless, it's true that by default one may not have
a default viewer, and plumbing would be mishandled anyway
(not downloading by default).

I also added a configuration option for it.
