[wmii] website migrated

Hi there,

I migrated the website of wmii from http://wmi.modprobe.de to
http://wmii.de. You can also use http://www.wmii.de, doesn't
matters, I prefer just the shortest possible address.

The new wiki is less restrictive in editing pages, because it
contains some more intelligent spam-prevention features.
Thus I invite you to contribute more information to the project
page.
