maybe one could think of something like this:
Create empty page layouts and associate clients using
a numbering scheme or names. An association table could
place clients into a corresponding frame upon creation
(with and without changing to that page) or alternatively
a program could be used to start a client within a
certain frame/page (to be created if it does not exist).
