[wmii] new snap: 20060110

Hi there,

I created a new snap of the upcoming wmii-3 release (hg tip)
beside a new snap of 9base (minor issues).

The wmii-3 snap contains column layout with exclusive columns
and the first step toward fully 9P compliance (still many parts
use old libixp). But wmiir2 has been improved to work perfectly
with 9P servers accessed via Unix sockets, ie. acme.

A exclusive column only consists of one cell, thus we have the
tiled behavior by default now. Things still need some polishing,
but this way seems to be the way to go.
