In my xmodmap file I use:
keycode 64 = Alt_R
keycode 113 = Alt_R
keycode 115 = Super_R
keycode 116 = Super_R
add mod1 = Alt_R
add mod4 = Super_R Super_L
And in my wmii config I've got a bunch of app launch hotkeys, based on a
Win-Alt prefix:
kbind normal M-WIN-x 'xchat'
kbind normal M-WIN-f '/home/david/bin/firefox'
kbind normal M-WIN-n 'pan'
kbind normal M-WIN-e 'xemacs'
kbind normal M-WIN-c 'gedit /home/david/.wmii-2.5/wmiirc'
kbind normal M-WIN-m 'thunderbird'
kbind normal M-WIN-g 'galeon'
kbind normal M-Win-t 'extern xterm -sl 4000'
So, for example, Win-Alt-x fires up xchat.
Hope this helps
