[wmii] float windows

Hello,
first of all thanks of this windows manager. I don't have yet had the time to
play much with the configuration but the basic things I have managed to configure makes it the
best windows manager for me.

The only thing that irritates me is the fact the in float mode all new windows
are opened at the upper left corner. If I open for instance 3 terminals, they
overlap instead of placing themselves where there are more place free, as it is
in other windows managers.

The right behaviour for wmii in float mode would be IMHO to check the
dimensions of the window, check the place where it would overlap as little as
possible of the other windows, and open it in this position.
