[wmii] BUG: colum scaling

Hi,
Open two terminals, press mod-shift-right to put one in a
column, open two other terminals so you have:

-------
| |__|
| |__|
|__|__|

Now close one of the terms in the right column and you'll
see that they are not scaled 50/50 now. The more terms you
open in the column, the more the scaling sucks.
