I have 3 active views in 1280x1024 (v[1]=1, v[2]=2 and v[3]=3). The
third view is only used by Gaim and i have added the default rule
"/Gaim.*/ -> ~" in my config.

On the first view, without switching, i do:
wmiir read /3/0/1/name = IM window
wmiir read /3/0/1/tags = 3
wmiir read /3/0/1/geom = 0 0 741 455
   **Wait for a message**
wmiir read /3/0/1/geom = 2560 0 741 455

If i do all of this on the third view, the window is raised above other
floating windows, but the geometry does not change.
