That will be the case soon, I already installed an updated
version of taggi which supports Markdown syntax (with a php
implementation) - until Johns implementation is ready.
http://wmii.de/markdown/taggi.php (though the pages are not yet
Markdown conform, and I haven't suppressed yet the #tags and
#title lines...
