[wmii] alicq and skype in wmii-3

Hi,

i'd like to use alicq on wmii-3, but do not see, what I type while
chatting? Similar thing with skype, again do not see what I type.
messages appear clearly in the log-windows, but no in the one, where
I write them. ;-(

any suggestions??
