[wmii] dmenu-0.1

Hi there,

I created a separated menu application called dynamic menu,
which is something like the wmiimenu, but stand-alone. It can
be fetched from

   http://www.10kloc.org/download/dmenu-0.1.tar.gz

There is also a repository of it:

   hg clone http://10kloc.org/cgi-bin/hgwebdir.cgi/dmenu

I think, it might be a good idea to remove wmiimenu from wmii in
favor for dmenu which can be used by any wm, like wmii, dwm,
ion, etc.
