[wmii] Zombie Window Crashes wmii

Hello,
I'm using wmii hg changeset 2010 and after closing a managed ethereal
window I was left with a zombie window in floating mode.

That zombie window was plain black, could not be focused or closed, but
moved and resized.

While fiddling around with it and resizing/moving at some point wmii
simply crashed.

Sadly I was unable to find any helpful output, such as console logs or a
core file.

Please let me know if you need more information, this is as much as I
can provide for now...
