AFAIK that is (1) not an official wmii snapshot and (2) is missing
some patches found in wmii's source repository. In other words, the
wmii package in the Debian repositories is broken.

If you want to install the snapshot in Debian from a .deb file then
you must run "make deb" to generate a Debian package from the source
code, and then install that.
