Actually, I'm not sure why Action-overridekeys doesn't work.
rc.wmii still tries it. And, it's rc.wmii that uses the
'key ... || fn $key' syntax. It only defines keys which aren't
already defined. Don't use that in your rc.wmii.local. To begin
with, the key fn isn't defined until Action-overridekeys is
called, and, at that point, it does the opposite of what you
want.
