[dev] [wmii] Update-to-date solution for keyboard window resizing

Hi,

I'm searching for an up-to-date solution for window resize via keyboard.
The version from the Web page didn't work for me.

I'd put together some keybindings myself if someone told me which
commands I have to execute to resize a client.
