Thanks for your patches and sorry for the late reply. I applied them
but had to fix a couple of things:
- minimized windows wouldn't be drawn in fullscreen layout
- the status bar as displayed when dvtm is invoked with the -s flag
(see dvtm-status for an example) would not be displayed because
erase() deletes the whole screen while clear_workspace() did leave
the bar area intact.
Furthermore i somewhat changed the structure of the readraw code to hopefully
reduce cursor flickering. However these days I rarely use dvtm over slow
connections, so please report back whether it still works for you. In particular
there might be problems when cycling through windows in the fullscreen mode.
Please give it a try and test it. Further patches are also welcome.
