[dev] [ubase] [PATCH] Bring back C89/C90

Hello,

as already announced, I fixed some parts of the code to make
ubase compilable in C89/C90-mode.
Sometimes, (unsigned long long)-casts were not necessary. Read the
manuals.
Add -pedantic to CFLAGS to spot errors like the one in eject.c.
