How different is BSD make from POSIX make? The man page says it's
"mostly compliant" (it also says that "most of the more esoteric
features should be avoided"). Implementations differ but still.
I am honestly interested because my make knowledge is very limited
(the simpler Makefile, the better), hence silly errors.
