Hi Karl,

Thanks for the work. I already saw it on IRC too ;)

On a quick glance I see that the numbered bullet items are not incremented on
your version anymore:

I've noticed some minor issues like this on the (current) wiki. Certain things
are not well-defined in Markdown and are different in the Markdown dialects
(for example compared the previous Markdown processor it used: "discount".
There some (different) things are broken too.

Can you try to get the improvements upstream to Gottox (if you haven't tried it
already of course).
