I don't think we need shred(1) in sbase. Consider asking before
spending time to implement a tool in case it is not desired to go in. I've
mentioned this before.

If anyone needs it, we can make a patches section on the wiki.

I am still reviewing diff and patch by the way, we need those and hope to
get them in soonish.
