It's such a big difference between having the old stuff in ~/.wmii and
~/.wmii-3/old_wmii_conf ?

Also this would break being able to run two different versions
concurrently, which should be possible.

For wmii-4 we should make sure we change the dir name at the start of
the dev cycle.
