[wmii] wmii namespace now on wiki

Hi,

I've made a start on the wmii namespace description on the wmii wiki.

Developers - if you can spare a couple of minutes, would you mind going to:
http://wmii.de/index.php/WMII/Filesystem?action=edit
and fixing my inaccuracies and sharing your own knowledge?
