How about making the modkey for this configurable? This wasn't too
necessary before, because one could always move/resize with the mouse
without using the keyboard anyway; however, now that pressing a
keyboard key is necessary for mouse move/resize, I think it might be a
good idea to allow the user to choose wether this key is
Mod1/2/3/4/5/... instead of hardcoding it to Mod1.
