[wmii] [feature request] Single-click drag

Drag a window with Mod+Button1

= Current behavior

You first have to give the focus to the window before your can move it.

= Wanted behavior

When clicking Mod+Button1 on any window it would start to drag. That way, you
can drag windows without having to loose time to focus them.

Another way would be that the window gets the focus and starts dragging.
