Hello,

In this snap, the $HOME/.wmii-3/wmiirc is being completely ignored
and the default etc/wmii-3/wmiirc file is being executed instead.

For example, put the command "xmessage mine" at the top of the
$HOME/.wmii-3/wmiirc file and then put the command "xmessage
default" at the top of the etc/wmii-3/wmiirc file.

You will see that only one xmessage appears and it says "default".

Please verify this, because I probably made a mistake somewhere.
