[wmii] Floating window disappears

Hi,

I'm using wmii-3 rc5 and i found two bugs related to floating windows:

- the Gaim chat window disappears when i receive a message, if this
window is not on the selected view. "wmiir read /event" reports nothing
when i receive a message. To reproduce this: start to chat with someone,
switch on another view, and wait an incoming message. Switch back to the
previous view: the chat window is hidden !

- amarok OSD (a window in the top left corner, always on top) is only
displayed on one view. I'm not sure wmii can handle always-on-top
windows though.
