[wmii] code snippet: attach/detach window from current view

Hi,

the attached code snippet resembles the attach/detach function of wmii-2.5.

For me it was a handy feature and i liked it a lot:-)

The keys works as follows:

MOD-d) detaches the current window from the current view (retags with '~')
MOD-a) attaches the last detached window to the current view
MOD-comma) cycles leftwards through all views except '~'
MOD-period) cycles rightwards through all views except '~'

It is a bit long, but maybe this one could go on the code snippets page.
