It seems that the 'name' field of the 'Client' struct (see line 113
of cmd/wm/wm.h) is NULL for the clients whose title bars are
appearing blank. Thus, wmii's ability to render unsupported Unicode
text as extended-ASCII garbage is intact. However, something (the
te_IN.UTF-8 locale?!) is preventing wmii from reading the title
information of these clients.
Any ideas?
