More precisely, when a client's tag changes, (1) all clients above
it in the same column and (2) all clients in all columns to the left
of it are redrawn.

Does any know? I guess I'll end up answering my own question when I
eventually try wmii-4 at some point. I might seem lazy, but... why
recalculate when the answer is already known? ;-)
