[wmii] Separated wmiipsel, wmiisetsid and wmiiwarp / Request for Wiki conversion

Hi there,

I separated wmiipsel, wmiisetsid and wmiiwarp into separate
packages from wmii:

  http://suckless.org/view/other+tools
  http://suckless.org/view/x+tools

They are not released yet, but releases will follow soon.

Next thing on todo is removal of liblitz and separation of
libixp into libixp and libnet.

Please help converting the old wmii wiki into Markdown taggi
pages:

Old: http://suckless.org/wmii
New: http://wmii.suckless.org

I want to remove the old wmii wiki by end of October and I hope
the pages can be converted until then.
