The fact that X died is not a wmii bug.

No, in fact, it doesn't. Even if you have the loop restart wmii, instead
of prompting you, or just sleeping, it's obvious that wmii has died.
What it does, however, is leave you with all of your apps in tact in the
event of a bug, whether the bug should be there or not.
