I acctually don't use a package manager so, no its not that easy and I
normally don't have a problem.
When I went the "Development tip tarball:
http://suckless.org/hgtar.rc/libixp/tip"
and got:
"Revision does not exist"
I mirrored the bz2 here: http://dyn.neg9.org/pub/tip.tar.bz2
